And your dh made enough $$ to support both of you comfortably, do you think you would be working?

"I am just surprised that momofhk would give her child juice, which is specifically recommended NOT to be introduced until AT LEAST 6 months, at 5 months of age,"

If you remember correctly, I said I gave my dd small amounts of juice (quite diluted I might add) or water to experiment with at 5 months. Of course, you must have missed the part where I said it was several weeks, if not months before she actually got any nutritional value from either LOL.

Hmm, why are you playing dumb here??? Are you still caught up on the whole ebm thing? If so, can you please explain to me why you think it would be better to give an infant ebm in a cup, rather than right from the breast? Do tell.

I just wondered, as my cousin works there :) She is the one who gave me great advice early on with my kids to not to give them juice. Just hearing some of the horrific stories with kids and their teeth decay so early on, was enough for me.

Not playing dumb here.....you STILL have not explained sufficiently enough for me (and Jorvia!) exactly what nutrients are lost

Want a list of reasons? These are just a FEW of what are many, I'm sure.

1 - so dad (grandma, grandpa, brother, sister, aunt, etc)

Choose your friends by their character and your socks by their color.  Choosing your socks by their character makes no sense and choosing your friends by their color is unthinkable.

Umm, need a math course? 6 cans of water to 1 can of concentrate would be 85% water and 15% concentrate, lol.

But, I get your point. I don't do it more than 4 cans or so (20% concentrate and 80% water) because past that I think it tastes like crap, lol.

Here's how I came up with my 50/50 juice water statement.

The directions on the can say to add "about 3" cans of water to the concentrate to make "juice."

She never made that claim. She said that ebm in a cup was better than juice in a cup. And by the way, when asked what you gave your child in a cup, your answer was simply "juice and water", in that order, nothing about watering it down, nothing about once in a while, nothing about, "experiment with an ounce of juice that was mostly water". If there's confusion, it's from you.

Oh, and I'm still waiting above for you to explain why ebm is better from the breast than from a cup.

No, no surprises there.

While I didn't specifically state that her tone was condescending in her posts, I don't remember who but someone did,
