I really don't care what my family does with my body once I'm done with it, I will have no need for it.
We had my mother cremated (at her request) and spread her ashes in the ocean. I regret it. Knowing what I know now, I would have preferred to have a burial place for her remains. That is my recomendation for my own family, but I'm not set on anyone way that it needs to be handled, they are the ones who will live with the decision, not me.
