OK, remember this is a debate board, and I am going to play devil's advocate here, so please let's play nice.

I totally understand and respect that. I enjoy this kind of shopping and bargain hunting, it eases my weekly budget to include more fresh produce and better quality meats that I wouldn't have been able to afford comfortably before.. and if I can help others at the same time, then I do feel it's a win-win (for me!) But I do understand it's not for everyone! There only seems to be a small portion of the population who gets a little thrill out of .19 cent veggies or free toothpaste.

Do you get paid to do that? If you do, how much do you get paid and how many years have you been doing it?

I don't have the time, nor the inclination to go to that effort.

Yep, that's me!

I have a lot of downtime with my work, so rather than flip through magazines, I clip coupons and plan shopping trips. I'm actually socking away my savings in the bank, and that's one nice motivator!

I could personally work a few extra hours per week and make the amount in cash that I save in coupons. I've decided a few hours of shopping is more fun.

Again, I realize many people hate necessity shopping with a passion. If there were a market for it in my area, I'd become a personal shopper for hire.
