OK, remember this is a debate board, and I am going to play devil's advocate here, so please let's play nice.

I am sure I am leaving out a bunch of things and no, not everything is healthy.
Looks like I've stepped into a silly debate that I really shouldn't have. My intention here was never to make anyone feel stupid about not using coupons. It's just bit of a passionate, novel hobby for me at the moment and I couldn't resist posting. I'm going to bow out now without making too many irrelevant posts.
Have a great holiday everyone!
I'm a lurker but i'm LMAO!

No, of course I'm not saying that we NEVER buy junk food, but it's not common for us, and certainly doesn't make up a large enough portion of our food budget to warrant coupon use. We generally have Cheerios or eggs and milk for breakfast, sandwiches or leftovers for lunch, dinner is usually some combination of chicken/beans, potatoes/rice, and veggies, and for snacks we mostly have fruit, cheese, crackers, and yogurt.
How much of your diet is composed of cookies, cakes, pretzels, chips, processed foods and pastries that these coupons are giving you significant monthly savings?
