OK, remember this is a debate board, and I am going to play devil's advocate here, so please let's play nice.

Well again, I will have to disagree as there are so many bargains out there with sales and coupons.
What percentage of homemade food do you make?

I haven't seen anyone curse, or make fun of what anyone eats.

"Kids can, will, and do learn to like *real* food (even those that have become accustomed to convenience foods, if given no other choice) lol."

You assume that my kids are "accustomed to convenience foods". Why? Because some of the coupons I clipped are for convenience foods? Those are the only ones I had on me at this time and those are not the only foods my family eats.

What does that have to do with the discussion?

"I haven't seen anyone curse, or make fun of what anyone eats. The nasty comment? You may have thought it rude, but the truth is that kind of food IS nasty, lol."

Well I am sorry that you were not taught any manners either. Mature adults do not make fun of food that others eat :(

"Telling people that they aren't as smart as you, or that they are slower than you, or that they arent' as pretty as you or as good of a parent is NOT good manners, nice try though."

Since I already talked about the "slower than you statement", can you PLEASE post where I said any of those other things? Thanks :)

Oh, I have a "we're low/out" list too. That's on the fridge where anyone who uses the last, or almost last, of anything writes it down .... lol

She indicated that people who buy convenience food do not save as much as ones who cook homemade.
I would think she would know how much you would save by doing so.... :)
