Seems odd to use such exact numbers. I don't know but when I do examples and hypothetical numbers, I usually just round off to the nearest dollar, not exact amounts.

If they are hypothetical, HOW do you know that they could live in YOUR area? I can easily make up a number too and make up numbers in the slots but that does NOT mean someone or anyone in my area could live on that number.

Right - obviously if this were truly a *hypothetical* situation, you would not use something so glaringly specific like **wall** --- why would this hypothetical banging not occur on other vertical, hardened surfaces?
