One way is probably to pay the minimum+a set amount on a given card. IOW, not, in fact, paying the bill in full.

Our gas and electric are automatically deducted and they vary from month to month. We get an e-mail telling us what it is and then they take it out. We have one credit card bill on autopayment (and one is not) it works the same way.

I budget $100 each week for food shopping (which includes all paper goods, soaps, shampoos, etc.).

The places I go to for things also take coupons, Target, Walmart, Kmart. Costco even takes their own coupons.
