Hello everyone!

I just wanted to introduce myself, CM Jen was just temporarily watching over the board.

What an exciting time for her! I don't know if I could handle living with three guys though, I hope that they clean up after themselves ;)

That was my first thought, so I asked her if they expected her to be their cleaning lady. This got a snort and "Are you kidding? They have seen my room!" She is a slob and the boys apparently know that.

I like teens. Dd was hell on wheels as a small child, but really not too awful as a teen, especially not when compared to other teens.

The mid-to-late teens have been my favorite stage so far.

Hi Melissa. I'm Lois, married WOH. Two sons, one off to college, one high school sophomore. We've also got a house full of pets, canine, feline, and avian. I have no position on the debate anymore other than if you are having trouble with keeeping a roof over your head, feeding your kids, and can't afford to take "em to the doctor when they get sick, then SAHM isn't working for you and you might consider getting a job. Other than that, do what you want, it probably won't matter much in twenty years anyway.

LOL! That's really nice that they get along so well, I really worry about my boys sometimes. For the most part the older boys get along pretty well, my youngest tends to aggravate the mix a lot. One day he'll learn how to get their attention without making them want to throttle him (I hope!).

I hope so, too.

I bet that really keeps your job interesting, Chris, I'm impressed with your sewing abilities. Do you ever have a discussion with him about the time period for a piece you are making? The only thing I've learned to sew on my machine are flannel rag quilts, but I enjoy making them. They aren't too complicated and make great gifts. I just don't have much of the craft gene, my sisters got the majority of it.
