Welcome and thanks for the intro. I am in my late 40s with a grown dd who is in college.

Hi Melissa, it's nice to *meet* you. I am ducky, mom to five kids, ages 5 to 15. Dh & I recently celebrated our 17th anniversary.
I've been a sahm since I ws pg with my oldest (doing volunteer work on and off over the years)...returning to work in the last year. .

Hi egd3, thanks for the welcome! I wish I had more time to exercise, it tends to get pushed to the bottom of my to-do list.

Hi Lauren! Scary stuff, senior year of high school ;) Does he know what he wants to do next year? I'm just a year away from having to deal with that, next year will be interesting since my twins will also be entering middle school. I'm already dreading the mornings...

Hi ah_huh_sure! Isn't it insane the amount of miles you'll drive to their activities? I've lucked out a bit this year that soccer practices are at the same field for a change.
