How did your household income/potential income influence the number of children in your family? Did you and dh stop at a certain number of kids because you wanted to be able to provide certain things for each child?

Don't you see though that that is completely subjective? A family with different preferences or whose child has different educational needs could live within a district with excellent schools and still choose to send their child to private school.
Again though, preferences. I'm really fortunate that the hospital of my choice is 4 minutes from where I now live. Before I lived here, though, I went there anyway because it's where I want to go. When my son was born I lived 25 miles away from here, but I drove right past the doors of at least 5 other hospitals that are just as good (and in some ways that didn't matter to me at the time, maybe even better) quality, because the one I wanted to go to was the one right here.
<"40 is the new 30 right?' LOL>
You know it! Of course, 40's starting to be a fading memory for me, too...LOL
No, as I said educational opportunities was our main driving point in moving our oldest from public to private school....our local school district is not poor, nor is the private school they attend rich.

I'm curious as to why you didn't answer my question....
<<Do you value truthfulness? >>
Yes.

You stated that there is a theory on "nope", I would like understand the basis behind that theory...can you please provide the details?
You also stated something about admitting something...I asked, what?
PumpkinAngel
Yes.....but why?

Please give an example of a post.

I doubt that. While I'm sure any number of people might decide to debate Katie's alleged "choice" of lifestyle, it's unlikely they could effectively debate the fact that Katie and her family love the Simpsons, that Katie's partner and daughter leave her messages in the dust on the TV screen or that Katie occasionally enjoys a child-free weekend.
What are they going to counter those things with?
"Nuh-uh!! No you don't!!"
As Katie has never posted any kind of message to the effect that "Hi! I"m the board lesbian and I think EVERYONE should be gay! Yay Homosexuality!!!" there's not a lot for an intelligent debater to work with.
What would a more detailed breakdown bring to the debate?
