How did your household income/potential income influence the number of children in your family? Did you and dh stop at a certain number of kids because you wanted to be able to provide certain things for each child?

I would like to know the basis of what she says. The organization that her sons play in are "qualified". What does that mean? What is an unqualified organization and who are the people that comprise that organization?

<<Just like I have no experience with activities my children have not been in, I can't see how you would know exactly how much things cost and what it entails if you have not had a child in that activity.>>

I think it's clear from my posts that I don't know "exactly" how much things cost and exactly

I didn't graduate from the school. I am an educator, with a passion for education. I usually serve on the admissions committee for the major state university in the state where PA lives. I know PA's address, we exchange Christmas cards every year. I *know* the family income and demography stats of every high school in the county where PA lives, and I know how to check the stats of the feeder schools, including the one that PA sends her kids to. They pay me to know these things.

it's a pretty BIGGGGGGG leap from wanting to know the definition of qualified to an accusation of racism.

Yes. We. Did.

So the local public school that her children would be zoned for is not all-white?

Oh pleeeeese. You have been itching for someone to make a homophobic comment since you joined this board, now you are in your glee because you think I am calling someone racist. Do you know anything about me? I am questioning the basis of what she says on this board.

I'm glad there are other people out there in the same boat as we are!

<<The problem is you have NO clue how much it costs in your area and you don't want to take the time and find out because it is probably much less. >>

Yes, I do as I explained through my friend's child.
