How did your household income/potential income influence the number of children in your family? Did you and dh stop at a certain number of kids because you wanted to be able to provide certain things for each child?

<<How would you say that is similar? >>

Based on the fact that one chooses where they live and they choose where they work in many cases.

Again, perhaps you missed the word "about"?

No, you provided a link to a school NOT in your area and NOT in mine. We have NO clue of what kind of people go there, if they need to audition, if they have to make a certain salary (I will have to go look at the website again). You just know how much they charge and that it is expensive.

Would you be able to go to greatschools dot net and type in your school name and give us a more accurate percentage?
It's a great website for potential home buyers to specific areas.

In my cheerleading days, our uniforms ran, on average, about $150 each, without accessories. The accessories (briefs, socks, shoes, etc) were then probably another $150. However, for us, we didn't pay for our own uniforms, the school did. We paid personally only for accessories. BUT, we bought at least one new uniform a year, and often new warmups, ponchos, bags, etc ... and while the school paid for them, we earned the money for them, else we didn't get new ones. We had big fundraisers every year so that we could buy at least one new uniform each year. By the time i was a senior, we had about 8 different uniforms we rotated with.

<<When you show me a dance studio in your area, maybe the one your friend's child uses, than I will know how much difference studios charge in different areas of the country. >>

Why would I do that?

"BTW how do you know they were created?"

Easy. I just clicked on both your name and fridak's name (never seen before) and saw that, just as I suspected, neither username had a post history. That happens until such time as a poster has made many posts (the board tallies). If you click on my name, you'll see that I've made in the thousands since I've been posting here for seven years (as is hinted in my username). All other posters have tallies too. You and fridak don't. Thus I know these usernames were created just for this subthread since this subthread is the first time they've ever been used here.

<<Because they have told me what they pay for their children. >>

Exactly what I did based on my friends comments.

All I needed was any website, all I was trying to prove was that it can be expensive.
