the program usually censors real gross things like her opening the chest or organs...what disturbs me is listening to her share in detail how the patient died - and she's got the brain or some other organ in her hand while explaining it,lol.

i remember the mccaughey's in iowa getting a lot of heat for the seven they had..i didn't know them personally but i knew ppl who knew them.
