What does napping have to do with being able to find something to do?

I have always needed 8 to 8 1/2 hours.
When I was at home with two napping aged boys, I was never so busy that I coldn't take a nap if I wanted to.
Besides, naps are apparently good for your health. My dh often naps. He may work till 10 in the evening or have to go to a business dinner. Taking the time to rest and regroup in the afternoon gets him through.
i was never a sound napper either, DH otoh is.
