Again, I didn't ask you for a cheese sauce recipe, I asked you for a sauce recipe and you stated that you don't share your cheese recipe."

Originally you asked for the sauce recipe and I said I did not have it on hand. Maybe I am confused but I am pretty sure then you asked me for the cheese recipe.

Because I like extra cheese and layers. Why is this a problem? Why is how long I take to make lasagna a problem? Again, I don't have a problem with how long it takes as I have said before, I enjoy this...."

I LOVE tons of cheese too but I think maybe that is why you think making lasagna is time consuming. Others condensed what you are doing into a one step instead of 3 and get the same result.

We have a few posters here who get some concepts mixed up, that keep leading to "confusion" in the debate.

"Usually" is one of them! Also: only, just, any, some, all, always, sometimes, never, etc.

Yes, I use mine for that reason. PA didn't say she couldn't form a ball. But when I use a scoop, it evens out the meatballs (or cookies or whatever) so they are all about the same size. then I don't spend time anally adjusting the ones that look a bit big or a bit small.

What do you mean by "proper NY pizza" - I lived in NY for seven years, four of them across the street from Little Italy. Any NY pizza I've ever had, aside from Sicilian, did not have fairly thick crust. In fact, just the opposite. Good NY pizza has a thin crust.
