"SAH doesn't support change, it supports going backwards to the 1950's,"

Statement in a post below.

I wholeheartedly disagree. To me, SAH is a choice. How is that going back to the 1950s, when a lot of women didn't have much of a choice.

The grates (the metal part) are on street level.

No, well unless you count my specific local public school.

"It's possible to do fun things with kids without it being a specific reward for something they did."

Thanks for enlightening me. I didn't realize that.

Who said passing out keychains was MORE important. Have you somehow gotten it into your head that I haven't discussed it with them because I have no time due to passing out all those darned keychains? The two are not at all related to each other. You are entitled to your opinions regarding my action - or lack thereof - in that particular instance. I won't argue. I admitted to not doing anything specifically because the people who need to be informed are informed.

So, you chose the "flight" response in the "fight or flight" situation.

I'm not sure I understand your comment.

And what would be wrong with picking up litter around your community anyway?

No, I didn't, in fact I continued to be involved with the school board and the superintendent

Got that, but those little, cheap plastic toys would probably fall through the grate (I'm talking about the top part, street level) and go down.

*shrug* Most likely every city's sewer system is different.
