"SAH doesn't support change, it supports going backwards to the 1950's,"

Statement in a post below.

I wholeheartedly disagree. To me, SAH is a choice. How is that going back to the 1950s, when a lot of women didn't have much of a choice.

Yes, I know. I'm not talking about her mom. That you fail to see beyond that pretty much supports what I've been saying all along.

Sausage, cornbread with no oysters.

Actually we weren't clobbered, but I wouldn't expect someone who doesn't know the difference between a regular game and a playoff game, to know that.

Yes, you misunderstood.

<>

You still misunderstand. I have never said you were talking specifically about *her*. I said your comments were insensitive given the context of the post to which you were responding. Not sure why that's such a struggle.

It reminds me of my SIL, who has absolutely no tact. One of my favorite exchanges went something like this:

My sister: I need to cut dd's bangs tonight.
SIL: I just hate bangs on little girls. They look stupid. My dd wanted bangs and I told her "no way - I'm not going to let you look goofy just because the other kids in your class do."

Now, my SIL was not talking specifically about my sister's dd. But her comments were boorish and insensitive, given the information my sister had just shared.

(edited for a confusing typo)

All of the things I posted were copied and pasted directly from your posts. I can certainly understand why you would want me to let it go.

I don't automatically assume people are lying as you do. I wouldn't think she would state it as fact unless she had some reason to believe it as true. Besides, that wasn't my one and only "proof"...I know what happens in my own district. I don't need to "prove" it to you.

<>

I'm really not sure what you are talking about.
