The afterschool care program that Dylan is in mandates that the children be there all 5 days. He is there for several reasons: it's free (the only thing I like about NCLB), it has manditory homework time, it's at his school, and he likes it are the top 4 reasons. Since I decided to take a class this year, we need afterschool care all 5 days. If I wasn't taking the class, we would only need 3 days of afterschool care but Dylan would have to go all 5 days or change programs.
