I don't know if this is "debatable" but I'd like some advice/opinions from SAHM's and WOHM.

I'm starting to think about putting my toddlers in DC once they are about 2 yrs old. I don't WOH and don't plan

Not weird AT ALL. Find a place that you and your kids both love, and let all of you enjoy the mini-vacations!

I think if you can afford it and want to use d/c for your kids so that you have some time to yourself, that's great.

I WOH full time. We put our twins into preschool when they were 3 (3 mornings a week).

We have a soon to be 5 month old son now too and a part time nanny to help out. I don't get *any* free time as between work and kids it just doesnt happen. Ever. But I do have a few friends who SAH and have their kids in DC part time. My best friend is pregnant with her 3rd. She has a 3.5 year old and a 2 year old. They are both in preschool / DC 3 mornings a week. Its time for her. Its good for her and for them.
If I didnt work, I'd do something similar.

Thanks for your opinions! When I first thought about it, I thought it might be kinda odd when I don't WOH to have them in DC. It just never occured to me u can put kids in DC just because.... I guess it's not that weird! LOL I just feel like *I* would be a better mom to get a set break a few hours a day. I just feel constantly rundown right now b/c I feel like I never get a break till they go to bed at night and by then, i'm so tired I have no energy to get anything I want done...then the cycle starts over the next day. I guess i'm just starting to feel really frustrated and starting to be really grouchy towards the kids. DH and I are also planning on another baby and the thought of 3 under 3, 24/7

Oh, I'm sorry you don't have time to run in the early mornings any more.

I have to choose either the grocery store or the gym while dd4 is in preschool.
