Why are you implying that children shouldn't be left with teachers who are strangers to parents?

If you're right, then that's not the case at all.

And deprive that child his (or hers) first real life job experience? This subthread has been very intertaining, interesting, and informative. Why wouldn't any family outsource things that they could very easily do (but don't want to) themselves? Especially if they have the money to do so. I have clients who could sew on their own buttons but would rather pay me to do it. I've altered wedding gown for brides who had family members (mom, aunt, etc.) who had the expertize to do the alterations but who would rather pay me to do it so they could concentrate on other things.

I don't want to clean my own house.

So you can do something more enjoyable with your time than something mundane and menial?

my standard of what i have "attained" is very, very low, LOL! In fact, a few years ago I had lost a diamond pendant off a chain. It was long gone. Two weeks ago I went into the bathroom and the cleaning lady had found it and put it on the counter for me. She said that she almost threw it out until she looked at it carefully. She found it on an area of the floor on the other side of the room.

as for the mechanic, LOL! That's my ex-husband. I live in the house that we used to own together (now it's ALL mine).

keep reaching, though.

Right i already pointed that out, no where does it say I know what is more productive, read what i said agian and do not put words into my nouth.

Why not ask for clarification instead? it would be more productive imo. Please prove to me that i claim i know or knew what is more productive. Not once did i state that.

I asked you why you simply did not ask for clarification instead or making a remark into a question that was never stated and claim it is asking for clarification. Like I said why not aske "could you clarify" I find that much more productive then asking a question that does not relate or have relevance to the opinion. That is what iam basing my opinion on.

I know it is okay, the question you asked was also not written by the poster you responded to.

have the mechanic show you next time. then you can do that by yourself too. I can't believe that you don't even change your own oil. why in the world would you pay someone to do THAT?
