that is correct. as a team leader, I don't have a homeroom, cafeteria duty or a study hall. WHAT was your point again?

No, I don't. What's the problem with taking care of your own property though?

And I hardly think that most here have "neighbor boys" mowing their lawns. it's probably more like illegals mowing their lawns and it's not PC to admit that, lol.

Do you have an incredibly puritan work ethic?

I never said anything about not having the time. I said I had better things to do with my time (either more appealing to me or more financially advantageous to me).

That is a stereotype, if I ever heard one. Now you assume that housecleaners and nannies do not have anything that they feel are valuable?

My first housecleaner was married to someone who had a very good job, lived in a middle class neighborhood not far up the road from me. In fact, her dh worked at the same college where dh was working at the time. I'm fairly certain that we didn't own anything that she would have coveted enough to steal. We were much younger and had not much of value in our home beyond the normal tv, stereo, etc. The next two cleaning ladies I had were pretty much the same - married, middle class, etc.

Why would you assume that most likely they did not have the same type of valuables?

I"m not fascinated with your life. But, I am a bit worried about the children that you are teaching during the day, lol.

I'm sure a cleaning person could do a much better job than myself.
