Ok, with all the wedding talk and what to give for gifts, I am NOW, after going to weddings for almost 20 years-lol! invited to an outdoor wedding in someone's home.
Here is the scenario:
Bride and Groom (she 22, he 36)
Living together for over 3 years
Groom-12 year old son
Bride and Groom-have a 3 year old and she is due with their 2nd in August
Wedding:
At her mother's house-catered food from restaurant

I know in other posts I said I would probably give the same as a sit down reception but we were orally invited to this wedding so I assume they are doing this just to get married before the 2nd child arrives. I have NO clue now what to do about a gift-lol!!

A little is fine too. Just to relive the memories of the day is so nice.

My DD3 tried mine on a couple of weeks ago as she is the closest to my size when I got married.

that reads like a whole lot of money wihtout the usd in parenthesis. you should wow your friends and family with just the 120,000 part for awhile and watch them squirm with envy. lol.........my gown was hand done for a fraction of the cost in the brides magazine i saw a similar gown in. alot of toole and embroidery. with two girls,i'd love to pass it down but don't know who or if either would even like it.

right. but i don't think every bride wearing white s/b jugded whether she's a virgin or not.......otoh,if the couple has lived together and bride wears white,it's obvious and odd imo. unless of course you're saying the company should have no idea this couple was living together before the i do.
