Staying at home a choice??

The author of this article thinks most mothers go to work because they want to, not because they have to.
"Most parents from two-parent families today do have a choice when it comes to parental care. They can try and talk themselves into believing they don't, but it really boils down to priorities."

Does anyone (other than her) really believe this? I don't know of anyone among my friends who works who wouldn't rather be staying at home with their children. But they don't have the choice!

"so wrinkled it needs to be rewashed?"
oh I just hurt myself...no such thing in my house...embrace your inner wrinkles say I!
Yes. We. Did.

lol
I don't acutally HAND wash mine. I have two very good gentle cycles on my washer. I use that. Then, if they're not-machine-dryable, I hang them on a rack. Where they sometimes stay for days.
"Even if i put them away, they don't stay folded, as he rummages through his drawers every morning picking out something to wear"
You just described MY clothes!
Yes. We. Did.
So if you're going to do laundry in between other things, what's the point of waiting until the weekend to do it?

Ehh, if it's too wrinkled, throw a wet towel in teh dryer with them and run for about 5 minutes. Works like a charm.
And the mildew only sets in after DAYS ... lol
This was the best option for us and just in time for my mom to be able to have a place to sleep.
