Well, in my case, I sleep (but that's because I have a job from 11:30p to 8a ;)

Since you're in this temporarily, you might consider looking up your local community colleges winter course outlines and see if there's anything that interests you, either to add to your professional portfolio or just something that sounds fun that you've not had a chance to indulge

That was my first thought, Volunteer.

To the op.....
You're home temporarily...does that mean that you will be moving again soon, or that you are looking for work? Ime, those who are looking for work actually spend a lot of time doing so. If you are only on post for a short time, what about looking at a part time, seasonal job, for the holidays.

Have you gotten your home organized yet? That could take you awhile. I know my gf is a SAHM and she organized all the kids toys and rooms and that took her a month-lol!! She got all the peices together for all the toys that they couldn't play with anymore because they were missing. She also volunteers with the children's school a lot. I understand that not all people are cut out to volunteer but maybe if it is something for your children you would enjoy that.

Personally, I would enjoy my time off without working and the stress of it all. Now that it is holiday time, I would get my house ready for the holidays, do some cooking and baking, shopping, wrapping, etc.

Why would she work for someone who steals advertising space?
