1. We NEED two incomes to survive... Yeah Right! I honestly believe that out of the people that say this 90% would be just fine if they would cut their lifestyle, move to a cheaper area and sacrifice. I am not buying it one bit when people say this.

2. I put my kid in Daycare for the socialization.. Good grief, how much socialization does a 10 month old need?? Besides there are better ways to much socialize young children.

3. I am a better mom if I work outside the home.. UGHH! How in the world do you think you are a better mom by handing your kid off to Grandma or someone else to raise while you go work?? Unless you are going to beat them or verbally abuse them, I always think at home with mom is where kids thrive the most..

THere are others I can't stand, but these are my top 3. Have at it..

She doesn't mention an access card in her post.

The entire dock area has lighting. We can see all the way to the bottom where the children swim.

Like I said...we have lighting on the boat dock. The end of the boat dock the water is about 3.5 ft deep. The kids are allowed to go to that point and no further. We can see to the bottom where they swim. There is no drain that could harm them either.

in lakes and in bay/ocean areas it can be hard to tellw hat kind of rocks are below the surface especially at night. a friend of my brothers was paralyzed in high school when she dove into a lake and didn't realize there were rocks just below the surface. there are also often weeds that grow tall and can tangle you -- it depends on the lake and region of course but I grew up on an island and learned to be cautious about all ocean and lake swimming and to always make sure I knew what I was jumping into. Now that being said I love lake and ocean swimming as much as I love pool swimming, but you do have to use common sense and caution.

Yes. We. Did.

LoL....way to many Stephen King type plots.

Seriously though, one doesn't know what is below the lake surface, that's the point.

Nothing is irrelevant. You posted your pool is open 24/7.

That's kept out others from getting into pools before.
