1. We NEED two incomes to survive... Yeah Right! I honestly believe that out of the people that say this 90% would be just fine if they would cut their lifestyle, move to a cheaper area and sacrifice. I am not buying it one bit when people say this.

2. I put my kid in Daycare for the socialization.. Good grief, how much socialization does a 10 month old need?? Besides there are better ways to much socialize young children.

3. I am a better mom if I work outside the home.. UGHH! How in the world do you think you are a better mom by handing your kid off to Grandma or someone else to raise while you go work?? Unless you are going to beat them or verbally abuse them, I always think at home with mom is where kids thrive the most..

THere are others I can't stand, but these are my top 3. Have at it..

My husband? He wouldn't feel safe either without a properly trained medical professional watching over our precious children when they get around water. He can relax, knowing that the doctor-lifeguard and I are on the job!

Yes your words are just that. Your words. Your icon means more than your words do? I didnt decided what context they were. The words were clear.

How much does this cost you? Hey..I guess it is what PKA said. We all have different comfort levels. I know that it is better to have a professional lifeguard on duty when my children are at the pool, but I can manage our own bathtub. Having an MD in your home to help with baths must cost you a fortune.

Well, it's all relative isn't, I mean when it comes to costs, and nothing is too good for my two. Other people may have different standards, of course. I guess it all comes down to with whom you hang around.

Well like I said...I am capable of handling a bathtub. I guess we all have our strengths and weaknesses.

Well, you know, you might think differently if there is a tragedy. At least I hope you have a lock and some kind of restricted access to that water.

What sort of tradegy are you thinking of? I am not really sure about the lock that you are referring to. I have a lock on the bathroom door. Is that the one you are speaking of?

Just google children and bathtubs. You will find all kinds of references to tragedies. It is appalling.
