Top 3 Excuses I Can't Stand from WOHMs..

1. We NEED two incomes to survive... Yeah Right! I honestly believe that out of the people that say this 90% would be just fine if they would cut their lifestyle, move to a cheaper area and sacrifice. I am not buying it one bit when people say this.

2. I put my kid in Daycare for the socialization.. Good grief, how much socialization does a 10 month old need?? Besides there are better ways to much socialize young children.

3. I am a better mom if I work outside the home.. UGHH! How in the world do you think you are a better mom by handing your kid off to Grandma or someone else to raise while you go work?? Unless you are going to beat them or verbally abuse them, I always think at home with mom is where kids thrive the most..

THere are others I can't stand, but these are my top 3. Have at it..

Yes. And only to live humans, not any dead ones. And only to corporeal humans, not imaginary ones. And only those physically located in the general geographical location, not those too far to get to the pool.

Are there any other ever so vastly important details she forgot to clear up?

According to every community I've ever lived in that had a community pool and tended to keep to the Memorial Day-Labor Day schedule (with limited hours until school ends for summer vacation and again when school begins), they do this because the high school students they use for lifeguards are not available when school is in session.

We recently upgraded our doctor-lifeguard to be a burn unit surgeon-doctor-lifeguard, as we realized we eat pasta quite often. With such a high degree of risk in boiling water in the same home where children live? Well, you just can't be too careful.

How do they drain the lake if it has no drain nor any natural water source (such as a river in/out), hence the complete and utter lack of any current? ;)

are you kidding me? CAMP is proudly on my shelf among the few dvds I OWN! You know what's a great complement to that? "Stagedoor" which is the documentary bout the real camp that inspired the movie, stagedoor manor. We rented that from netflix and Liza watched is SEVEN times in a 3 day period and said to me "where IS this wonderful camp?" I see a sleepaway camp in her future LOL!

Yes. We. Did.
