Top 3 Excuses I Can't Stand from WOHMs..

1. We NEED two incomes to survive... Yeah Right! I honestly believe that out of the people that say this 90% would be just fine if they would cut their lifestyle, move to a cheaper area and sacrifice. I am not buying it one bit when people say this.

2. I put my kid in Daycare for the socialization.. Good grief, how much socialization does a 10 month old need?? Besides there are better ways to much socialize young children.

3. I am a better mom if I work outside the home.. UGHH! How in the world do you think you are a better mom by handing your kid off to Grandma or someone else to raise while you go work?? Unless you are going to beat them or verbally abuse them, I always think at home with mom is where kids thrive the most..

THere are others I can't stand, but these are my top 3. Have at it..

It increases the humor, as the experience takes on a life of it's own with the creative rendering of possible and very fictional scenarios that of course have very little resemblance to the actual post.

An uninvited guest would have a very hard time "stumbling" through the locked fence she says is around the pool. You can't stumble through a locked fence- you must scale it. And if anything happens to a trespasser who scales a locked fence to get to a pool, the law will come down on pumpkinangel's side. (Stoned teens daring each other are the most likely idiots who would fit this scenario.)

this was the other assertion today i was speaking of. it appears that your choices come from education. who is the everybody you compare to? fwiw,my education has alot to do with choices i make, too but i certainly can't speak for everyone much less compare myself to everyone when i'm deciding what is best for me and my family.

why the twist of her feeling to mean something you didn't state or imply? i don't necessarily think private pools are reckless but considering most of the creepy crawlies drop in pools overnight does make me wonder if that's something i'd really enjoy swimming iwht at say midnight,2am or 5am. lol. ;)

The drain factor for one, but oh, how we laugh about that. and the false sense of security.

Okay again, nothing is stated about the education being the only tool in allowing choices.

Jokes are allowed, I guess. They can be debated though? How are we supposed to know that you are joking? Winks do not always mean joking. DH asked me if I had anything to drink when I came home from the girls night out last week, I said "no, no, I'm fine" and winked as I fell over the hassock.
