What about eating issues?

We have debated sleeping issues to death once again....so what about another one of the issues of childhood....eating and/or not eating?

My kids eat just about anything and have a pretty well rounded diet.

Eating cake with icing doesn't make your younger two children hyper?

I wear shorts almost all Sat and Sun in the summer, except for church and if we go out at night.

I thought the whole sugar makes hyper children theory was a myth...

Didn't they have a story on it just recently?

Dockers shorts. He doesn't like the pants. They just don't fit him well.

Frosted cake does not make children hyper. Unusually exciting occasions such as birthday parties may make children hyper. Being allowed to eat a piece of frosted cake may be such an unusually exciting occasion to certain kids to get them hyper. That's still not the fault of the cake.

Yes, yes, yes - the connections between my younger child missing his nap and nightwaking, and eating sugar and being hyper, are all perceived.

My kids (or one in particular) are hyper whether they have no sugar or 12 candy bars!
