What about eating issues?

We have debated sleeping issues to death once again....so what about another one of the issues of childhood....eating and/or not eating?

My kids eat just about anything and have a pretty well rounded diet.

That is so true! In fact, I feel like that is what's happening sometimes when my kids are playing together - dd#1 shrieking "MAG-GIE!!!" at her sister every 15 seconds for doing something that didn't meet with her approval.

Ha. READ. "uggested . . . may" is NOT the "decided/blamed/concluded" that you made it out to be. "You agreed, and pointed out all the things she likes to do without her kids." I most certainly did NOT. You appear to be attributing a subsequent post of Lois's to have been one authored by me. (Does that misattribution make you the "liar" you once called me? Or am I to conclude that you and those you like make honest mistakes, those who disagree with you are liars?)

"Perhaps it is just the topics that I read, but you seem to criticize her parenting and her attitude, her schedule and her strictness on a regular basis. You are doing it here." Um, no, as I said, you're rather badly biased against me to begin with, to the point where you're now attributing posts to me that I didn't even write. I defy you to find a single post where I have suggested she's a bad parent. In fact I have specifically said on several occasions I think she's a good parent, albeit with very different views on scheduling than mine.

I was corrected when my DS1 was little that it wasn't the "terrible twos," rather the "terrible threes." They were spot on! And my DS1 was a pretty easy going child for the most part.

Oh. So you're saying it's Lois. Good to know it's not me. She was off by, what, 5 hours a week?

Sorry, but asking if a 3 YO thinks it's enough is not implying that it isn't in fact enough.

I see you've lost all ability to have a reasonable discussion. That's too bad.

It does explain a lot about your POV if you think if two people don't get along just swimmingly, one - and just one - of them is consistently disagreeable.

1) I apologize for misattributing that post to you. I really did think it was you who posted, because I stopped to look back at the outline before reposding. My mistake.

2) Can you link to where I posted that you are a "liar"? I simply don't remember doing that.

3) As to being biased against you? All I know about you is that you are a former lawyer with a doctor dh who is now a SAHM and your father recently passed away. You like to crossstich and you disagree with Felicia on almost every thread I read, and when I read the threads, your disagreements come across as very personal in nature. If you think that makes me biased, you are free to think that, but you'd be wrong. Which wouldn't be the first time (see the liar comment above).

It doesn't matter whether her number of hours was correct or not. The fact that she felt pointing it out had some bearing on the discussion is enough to support my point.

Why don't you just say I'm disagreeable?

Ah, I found what I was thinking of when i included you in that post. It was your post 1573 in this thread. It appears that you are in agreement with lois' take on the amount of time together.

If that's not what you mean, again, I apologize for getting it wrong. But I still want you to point out exactly where I called you a liar.
