What about eating issues?

We have debated sleeping issues to death once again....so what about another one of the issues of childhood....eating and/or not eating?

My kids eat just about anything and have a pretty well rounded diet.

Yes a healthy active ifestyle will help with all those things. Do you doubt it?

It's nicer than I'm usually thinking, too...... Feel free to use it at will :)

But there are considerations in addition to the activity level.

Well sometimes there are things that need to be done at home, but often there isn't as well. Depends on how much "housecleaning" we've gotten done during the week. And we get quite a bit of "alone time" all around. We usually want more "together time" than alone time.

I'm an efficiency maven very often. I've often thought I should go into that line of work, you know, but he consultant that comes in and make everything run better and more efficiently. But I'm not all about *maximizing* everthing in my personal life, so sometimes there's no need for more efficiency.

I believe the apt descriptor is "high strung."

Maybe, just maybe, it's because we don't see any advantages to implementing some sort of rigid schedule. None whatsoever.

True.....by I have never kept the same schedule on the weekend as during the week, even for myself.....it's the weekend.

Many families also run errands together.....I see it all the time, not my style, but I do see it.

Well for me, I don't think I'm concerned about these things in terms of your definition of concern. I don't worry about them and I don't micromanage lifestyle elements in terms of them. I figure that maintaining an all around healthy balanced lifestyle in terms of generally accepted modern and culturally relevant aspects, 'bout covers it.
