Your ex takes your dd on weekends, right? I would think you would be able to do more of the things you did before her as unless I get a sitter, it is much harder for us to go out and do the things we used to before kids.
I understand that. and i have said again and again that I have a full week at a tiem (which translates into two full weeks and two full weekends each month) without Liza so I do a fair amount of socializing during those weeks but I"m also workign my 2nd job those weeks and working at shows here.
Graduate school My messy ways A certain amount of free time A certain amount of spontaneity A certain amount of money My pre-baby stretch mark-free tummy During pregnancy - cold medicine, certain foods, sleeping on my back Sleeping for more than 2-3 hours at a time Sleeping in on weekends "Traveling light" on planes etc
Like our esteemed president "in solidarity" with the relatives of more than 4,000 troops who have been killed in Iraq, I gave up golf. There just wasn't enough time in the week with 3 kids to spend 5 hours on a good walk spoiled.
Now that the kids can drive the cart and sometimes play along, I'm playing again and enjoying it almost as much.
LOL, I can see how that reads. What I mean is that I was accustomed to just leaving things lying around (candy wrappers, crumbled up receipts, pennies on the floor, a plate of food balanced on the arm of a chair). Now that I have a baby that moves around and puts EVERYTHING in his mouth, I have to stop being so messy so that he doesn't choke on something.
I used to be able to let my guard down. Yeah, not so much anymore, LOL!
