Strictly speaking, the kid sucked, a lot. I think the tipping point was when I went to nursing only once a day. With twice a day it was still enough to hold off the periods.
There are many different types of cereal to try though if a child does not agree with one or another. Diapers also grossed me out but I did it for my child, just like formula and cereal.
Why not? No period for a while postpartum is the way nature intended it to be. And as others have pointed out, the risk of certain cancers are reduced when a woman has fewer periods over her lifetime.

Is that fair to the working parent who worked all week so the SAHP has the luxury of being able to SAH?
Maybe for not having the inconvience but I don't think it is a good thing NOT to have your period for a long time.
Never heard of that. Shouldn't children be all growing at the same rate no matter bf or ff?
