What possible reason would anyone have to cook up fake studies to entice women to BF? Also, if someone really did that, it would be a conspiracy, because several people would have to agree to fake the study.

Never said that. Not everyone bfing have a long wait until they get their periods back though. And even if they don't, they are still ovulating. That is why there are so many "irish twins" out there-lol!!!

I didn't get a period for 15 months after both births. After the first few weeks, I did not breastfeed and never exclusively breastfed.
