I was responding to this portion of Post 705:

"Not everyone is a morning person, some are night owls, some do better in the middle of the day and etc....the trick is finding and knowing your body rhythm and not fighting it."

Sometimes you have to fight it.

Your kids have a place to go after school, correct?

Yes.

If a guy is the main breadwinner, he doesn't have to willing or able to take care of the kids for a weekend.

I also think that to a certian degree that children who are conditioned early in how to travel, how to behave in a resturant etc. Continue to be easier. I have a friend that will not take a child under the age of 2 to a resturant (other than mickyd's). Then she wonders why they can't sit still etc. I started training Stephy early. Not to say I take her to extremely fancy resturants. But they have never been my scene anyways :)

I did.....

So taking a nap every once in awhile would mean that you missed one of these things?

"If it was school, then that child would do the same thing that my child does after school, either an activity or aftercare."

Okay, that makes sense. As I know I've mentioned, there isn't aftercare at our school and none of the commercial places near the school does drop in.
