What kind of errands....

Do you run on a daily basis? Weekly basis? Monthly basis?

I've often heard people say that they need a lot of time during the week to run errands and that those errands would otherwise take up their evenings and weekends if they had to WOH ft. It made me curious because I just don't seem to have many errands to run at all. Are we just lazy :-)?

As Biancamami has told you, it's common - not just less uncommon - in Manhattan.

Since he's on a team what he thinks is his goal, and what he does to that end, will affect the kind of fun others will be able to have. Its not all about him.

Making a competitive team is not something a child can just go decide to go do. And its not something the fun of which can be very accurately judged at all, from the outside.

Good. Glad that you now realize that you have no clue.

If your definition of competition is that broad, it must be because you now agree with just about every other poster about the value of physical activities that have nothing to with team sports, as well as the value of team sports even to players who compete only against their own personal records aside from winning.

I worked to pay for shelter, food, clothing, transportation, my education and for fun and recreation. Amazingly, income patterns being what they are - I now have much more money available for the fun. And the education expense is gone. Mind you - having a baby didn't make me quit my job. Maybe you need a job back? THAT would seem to be the real lifestyle altering issue. And of course...unlike you, I didn't have anyone paying for my shelter, food, clothing, transportation or education before I had kids.
