What kind of errands....

Do you run on a daily basis? Weekly basis? Monthly basis?

I've often heard people say that they need a lot of time during the week to run errands and that those errands would otherwise take up their evenings and weekends if they had to WOH ft. It made me curious because I just don't seem to have many errands to run at all. Are we just lazy :-)?

Isn't English QM's second language? I think that was discussed here once.

The tournament was in Virginia; my ex had signed up for it months in advance.

"I never said anything anything about facing a consequence." You gave a big "ITA!" to the response wondering why it was necessary to quote from the school manual to show that there wasn't a consequence.

"But I'm just wondering why you are so adamant about leaving your puking child at the school, esp if you are not able to get there w/in a couple hours, instead of just actually having someone you trust be able to pick the child up and take him home until you can get there?" I'm not at all adamant about "leaving my puking child at school." That's silly. What you seem to be missing is that "where would DS most prefer to puke if I'm not around" was not the basis for my having chosen an "Emergency" contact. I based my decisions for my son's "Emergency" contact on who was qualified to make decisions in an "Emergency" if DH and I weren't available.

Oh. That's nice. My emergency contacts would not be taking my child anywhere at all.

The NHL thing sure seems to have you people impressed. Live in a city with winter, get out there with your family and actually live in that city, and you'll probably trip over the occassional one too. I don't suggest that you plan to populate your whole social life with them though. Or you will be quite lonely. Snort. Even the nhl stars would be quite lonely.

She neither needs, nor has, my "charity."

"We all get it." No, quite clearly, you don't, as you can't even state it correctly. Sue shows glimmers of understanding it, but then says she's disagreeing even when her post actually supports what QM said.

Because it feels like you won the pennant when you turn it off.
