If you're a WOH/WAH mom, what sort of "downsizing" would you need to do in order to afford to be a SAHM? (SAHM defined here as not earning any money)

For me, I would have to put all our non-essential possessions in storage and move in with my parents.

I don't know about the public school, but my younger son's teachers all have an assistant, some float between rooms depending on the subject being taught....because even though my kids have 24 kids in class, they aren't always together for all subjects.

Maybe I am reading the site wrong but isn't this program for parents UP to Kindergarten but not when they actually go to school?

"Parents as Teachers (PAT) is a parent education and family support program serving families throughout pregnancy until their child enters kindergarten, usually age 5."

So what district are you speaking of? You know the day to day details of other districts?

Not sure if you will see this because I know you said you had me on ignore but the teacher assistant in the lower grades works specifically with one teacher and any other ones work for a few so they always have some type of work to do.
We have teacher's assistant and classroom aides.
