What would YOU have to do to SAH?

If you're a WOH/WAH mom, what sort of "downsizing" would you need to do in order to afford to be a SAHM? (SAHM defined here as not earning any money)

For me, I would have to put all our non-essential possessions in storage and move in with my parents.

I don't spend very much time looking over my 3d grader's homework. I don't see this as a big deal either.

That is Alex's dad, Adam. Or as Joy says, that's Adam and his clone. Alex was 2 when I made that costume.

Up until Lindsay's banana costume, that was my best effort. Unlike Dylan's viking costume, there was no pattern. And I did it long distance. They were in Phoenix at the time.

Joy did it for me. She transferred the picture from the desktop to Photobucket. Then I copied the html code to the reply window and checked the html tags square.

Exactly, which is reasonable - but requiring straight A's is not IMO.

i see what you're saying. However, if MY children put in more time and effort, they would both EASILY be carrying straight A's....

<<I thought we were talking about elementary school children?>>

We are/were and 99% of my post was about elementary school children, so I don't follow the question.

<<Anyway, I have no problem with the way my school does it.
