Maybe that is why she sometimes chooses to WOH and so she thinks everybody is that way. A lot of people think everyone else thinks just like them.

i don't agree with those who claim thier positions are CHOSE TO but without it, they'd have to forfeit programs for their children, downsize their house or/and take away that entire college funding.

That's what I wanted to ask, too.

If so, does that mean that a SAHM whose kids do not have college funds is shirking her responsibility?

One of the most interesting things about having participated in this board over the years is watching opinions develop and change as our own experiences change.
