opinion to DIFFER. What I mean is--is there anyone on this board or in real life whose opinion/reasoning/debating/facts started to make your thinking more to the middle? As in if you thought sah or woh was best & then after some discussion/thought, you began to think that whatever is best for each family--really there is no one best way, etc.

We just really needed a new thread here!!!!!!!!

But just because I subjectively prefer something doesn't make it objectively better.

Well, I sincerely hope you're right. Still, I couldn't help but be amazed. Maybe they remember in "inverse proportion" to how much we knock ourselves out for them?

i have never heard anyone express that sentiment before. the people i know are able to recognize that things are different not better or worse. i am still not getting why you think one thing has to be better than another. personal preference does not equate to better.

It still is better or worse for everyone. It is just the individuals perception as to what that is.

Well then call me goofy. If you could give me one example where it wouldn't be true then go for it. Otherwise I have no doubt that I am correct. So it might you that is goofy!

But sometimes people make choices that are not the better ones objectively, due to subjective reasons.
