On the economical side of things, a comparison needs to be made between the homemaker and working-wife families.

This 15 percent is mainly spread across such things as transportation, social security and clothing

I do not consider Social Security to be a work related expense.

It's kind of crazy, because what's the solution to these two families having disparate amounts of disposable income? It's not like the mom making $40K can quit and the family is suddenly going to have more disposable income than the family making $80K with a SAH spouse. Or even more disposable income period.

Well, that is because you do not realize that social security only exists because of the ZOG/Rosicrucians/socialists/pinko-communist-vegetarian-scum/infidel, ooops, those who have not yet been born again (take your pick).

Bwa! My eyes had glazed over before I got to that one. That is great! Evil, wanton WORKING girls, uhm, mothers, luring innocent, good providers with a devoted little woman at home into SIN!

LOL, I missed that--I really couldn't concentrate that far into the article, there were so much in there that took so many leaps over logic, I gave up.

I guess mine doesn't count then...since it was with another working woman...

Oh, it counts.
