For those of you that WOH and say you have to do it to make ends meet. Do you really do it to make ends meet or do you do it cause you want to keep up a certain lifestyle? Do you know how to live with out debt or without having to keep up with the joneses?

ETA Please excuse all my siggys. Obviously I dont know how to turn them off. I thought I did.

Why would you assume I can't help it? I can. And I do when I have reason to do so.

I really don't see why you care how I spend my time.

Aha, so since she's a boss, she's allowed to waste her boss' time, but I'm not. So glad you're not in my real life world.

"edited to add-what I usually see when this subject comes up is either a militant sahm who starts ranting about how much time wohms are wasting while on the clock, or a militant wohm who says that sahps arent taking proper care of their children because they are spending so much time here."

Well, since I am a FTWOHM I guess this doesn't apply to me.

Was I supposed to assume that this boss had a boss?

Well I'd guess you might fall under *floundering in the debate* since you cant seem to come up with anything having to do with sah/woh in this discussion.

Why are you here posting if you think people spend too much time here?

Your status as a FTWOHM doesn't mean this doesn't apply to you.

Not necessarily, but there was no reason to assume she didn't either.

I had to laugh about the paper shredding/job description thing. It's not in my job description, either. My boss prefers to do it himself. I think he just likes making confetti.

dh is the boss. he is the one people twiddle their thumbs and wait for assignments from, shred papers for, etc>

Not sure why that's important for us to know, but OK.

Again, OK. I'll be very surprised if they don't.

Any time.

Same here. Our business would come very close to a complete standstill without it.
