Seeing as how I am a single parent, yes I do have to work to make ends meet. I wish I were able to live debt free, but it's not because I have to keep up with anyone else. It's because I can't afford to both pay for my current medical care and my old medical bills.

eh,i think you could insert any job title or line of work in there, though. i don't think dh line of work is unique with less liberated down time....and yes,i agree about not having a problem with it. what it made for was a nice diversion when a poster challenged another poster on break time.

i suppose those less thrilled about it are the ones who can give it in the form of grammar and other offensive tones, defend this as some tool for their writing, etc. but find everything wrong when the tables turn. there's no difference in those diversions.

similar to the consistent q from wohms who ask sahms where dad fits in the picture of *raising a child*,regardless of his presense here.

thanks for the reminder.

But enlisting is a choice to possibly be deployed. When one enlists, one commits oneself to possible deployment. They go hand-in-hand. To choose to enlist is to choose also to deploy.

You will have to point out to me where anyone insinuated that someone had poor character. I must have missed that post.

I am not going to scroll back through all those posts. We will just have to disagree here.

As for the militant part, I don't know. I haven't followed along enough to make that call. The other questions I didn't understand. Could you clarify for me?

I don't think that there is a poster here that doesn't work.
