For those of you that WOH and say you have to do it to make ends meet. Do you really do it to make ends meet or do you do it cause you want to keep up a certain lifestyle? Do you know how to live with out debt or without having to keep up with the joneses?

Ah, but many people who have regular evening hours also have regular daytime hours, or rotating shifts.

But professionals in all of those categories ALSO work during the daytime, at least some of the time.

Shift work can include regular working hours. Shift work does not mean *just* working nights. When I worked for the airline, our job was considered *shiftwork*-meaning hours could be 9-5, or 3p-2a, or 1p-9p, etc. Shiftwork normally means a varied rotation of shifts which can include regular work hours, as well as include weekend hours.
