It could be one, it could be many, depends on the choice.

Not a good analogy. Deployment is a *likely* or even *expected* consequence of choosing the military. An accident is not a *likely* consequence of driving.

Again could you be more specfic? Just because she said I was backpedalling doesn't make it so. She made a false statement. I will be specific.

1.You judging him, talking negatively about him to his wife, and implying by your mannerisms if not your words that his DD "prefers" you isn't going to help anything. FALSE

I addressed that in post 525.

Post 563: Was your post to me. I am still waiting for you to point out where you state that I was back pedalling.

So you asking me to post a few isn't rephrasing your original question? Really?

NOt only that, but there are things you can do, as the driver, to reduce the risk of an accident. There is nothing you can do, as a member of the military, to reduce the risk of deployment.

I couldn't agree more.

Yesmomma, please, there's just no argument.

If this were Switzerland, where nobody ever goes to war, you might be making sense. But this is America, where the military fights on a regular basis. And it has been wartime for some time now.

The way you're arguing, it's like saying we get married but we don't choose to have sex afterwards. I'm sorry, but to choose the one is to choose the other, just about every time.
