Accidents are VERY likely.

There were an estimated 6,420,000 cars involved in accidents in the US in 2005. The cost of these accidents exceeds 230+ Billion dollars. There were about 2.9 million injury cases and 42,636 car accident deaths. An average of 115 persons die each day in motor vehicle crashes in the United States -- one every 13 minutes.

I have been driving for 20 years and I have never made an insurance claim. Although I have been hit 7 times. My DH has been hit 4 times. None of which were our choice nor our fault.

6.4 million accidents out of how many cars in the US? 100 million? 200 million? Not very likely. 3-6%.

EVERYONE I know in the service has been deployed at some time in his/her career. EVERYONE. Deployment is very likely.
