Is there some thing that links pacifism with "pro-life"? I know many pacifists that are pro-choice. Or is pro-life a stance that she now professes too.

I agree the timing is suspect and that she appears to be opportunistic, but I believe that people can have life changing epiphanies that would lead them down the pacifist road. I also think she could still be in the military and be given duty in a non-war zone. There are plenty of places around the globe where the US in not at war, but where a doctor would be a great asset and could engage in peacekeeping activites. However, they may or may not be *safer* than Iraq.

Like i said you just dont get it...your behavior and other's here as mother's and grown owmen proves it.

If a program is adressing and focusing on dyslexia they ARE trained and educated in knowledge how to re-wire a brain to read ect.

You find it funny cuz you have no clue what Iam talking about!

Thanks it went well...im feeling confident in this but scared it is a huge ajustment.

FOr the record i like you i have a lot of repect for your opinions i admire the fact you stimulate me unlike many others here...i dont agree with much that you post but you stimulate me to educate learn and honor others choices.

okay enough said.

I never said anything you ask i don have time to find the link but when i do i will provide it for you ...if you are providing a education to a dyslexic child you are re-wiring the brain...there is no way around this no matter how funny you think it is and it is combined with vision.

From your post's i do not believe you have any idea what dyslexia is...the norm of this board has proven that the issue is invisible to them they thingk it is funny...it simply becomes a joke for other's amusment b/c they have nothing of substance to add. sadistic really...im glad iam not them, i do not get that vibe from you....imo you are real for the most part as iam.

It takes a special someone to learn how to educate a dyslexic child they are smart beyond there time.

Your links have not proven that teacher in reality address dyslexia they say they do but it is not a fact. It is a avoided issue...

Are you being sarcastic or real? you do not have to need a surgical procedure to teach a child to re-wire there brain to read.

Im really disapointed in your behavior here...

I have children who suffer from this and the way they learn is to re-wire the brain.

YOu obviously have no idea what iam talking bout...but that does not excuse your behavior by any means.

At the time they enlist, when they are told that deployment is a possibility, they have the choice to decide not to join. There are certain parts of any career that are just part and parcel of the job-to say that a person *has no choice* in the matter is a copout. They have a choice. That would be like my brother, who is a paramedic, crying about having to stick needles in people. Its part of the JOB.
