Bordering? I would say we have crossed squarely into Spammoland, probably the province called Melaluca.

I don't need to work at home. I work for the House. (well and also the Senate.) My child's health is just fine, thanks, and daycare has never endangered it. It's certainly not an issue now.

Your posts are rapidly bordering on spam.

I've heard this too but it really makes no sense to me - it's not like kids who don't go to daycare are never exposed to other people or kids. My kids were in a playgroup, went to the gym with me several days a week for an hour, they went to the store, playgrounds, tumbling class, ballet, etc - all places where germs are found.

I was a WOHM for the first 20 mths of my dd's life (aside from a 3 mth maternity leave) She went to daycare but was never sick. I then became a SAHM for my next three kids, and none of them get sick much either (all are in school now). They've never had ear infections, none have ever had the flu, we've encountered strep throat 2-3 times total out of the four of them. We get the stomach virus maybe once a year. I did breastfeed all of my children, and studies would say that that helps. However, I know other moms whose kids were all breastfed and they get sick all the time. I honestly think it's just genetics.
