My DDs are water drinkers also. We would often get strange looks from severs when we all order water to drink.

DD is a water drinker, too. Even if I offer juice, she usually prefers straight up water.

My kids are water drinkers too, but they do like soda.

LIza's the same way - water and milk at home and soda when we're out -- sometimes we'll do the "ok if you want popcorn and candy at the movies you have to get water, if youw ant a soda at the movies then no candy" kind of thing


which is about as far as my commitment to healthy eating goes frankly LOL

One of my favorites . . . . say we're out to lunch with other moms and kids, and the kids get some sort of kid's meal that comes with a drink.

I have to wonder if they are lumping diluted apple juice in with colas/sweet tea/sports drinks? It's a sweet beverage, but hardly unhealthy.
